Andrew McVie launched Cardonald Car Boot Sale in 2022, with the aim of bringing the community together. The event was tested at Morrisons Cardonald over a whole weekend and was a great success. It was then held every month until October. In 2023, the Car Boot Sale returned and ran from March to August, and was enjoyed by the whole community.
